after almost giving a glowing review, i simply couldn’t ignore the lack of hot water and the miserable dampness of my room. the dusty, outdated decor was just the cherry on top. expected some sort of upgrade for the inconvenience, but was treated like any other guest. definitely not worth the premiums they think they deserve.

I also loved how welcoming the staff were, remembering my name and making me feel at home. The cozy bed in my Deluxe Queen Room was like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring I woke up refreshed for all the adventures.
